1. Fee Payment
- All course fees must be paid in full or as per the installment plan agreed at the time of admission.
- Fees can be paid via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or cheque.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:
Situation Refund:
- Cancellation before batch start date 80% refund of fees paid
- Cancellation within 7 days of batch start 50% refund
- Cancellation after 7 days of batch start No refund
- Batch cancelled by Sankalp Gurukulam 100% refund
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Registration/admission fees are non-refundable
- Study material charges are non-refundable once materials are issued
- Demo class fees (if any) are non-refundable
4. Refund Process
- Submit a written refund request to our office or via email
- Refund will be processed within 10–15 working days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
